Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services provided by Jidula LLC(“Jidula”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including the Jidula Secure Access Platform (“JSAP”) and its product family (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who We Are

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and enter into a subscription on your own behalf. Parents, guardians, or organization administrators may create and manage accounts for family members, students, or employees. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain Services are offered on a subscription basis with monthly, quarterly, or yearly billing cycles as described on our Pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis for the selected billing cycle until you cancel. Prices are shown in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated and may be updated from time to time; we will provide notice of material price changes before they take effect for existing subscribers.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellation and refunds.

4. Early Access and Beta Features

JSAP is under active development. Certain features, product tiers, or onboarding processes may be offered as an “early access” or “beta” program. Early access features are provided on an “as is” basis and may change, be limited, or be discontinued as the platform evolves. We will communicate material changes to early access participants.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network;
• Reverse engineer or misuse the Services beyond your authorized license;
• Use the Services to transmit malware or engage in fraudulent activity.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, designs, trademarks (including “Jidula”, “JSAP”, and the AfroVPN and product family names), and content, are owned by Jidula LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jidula LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
